At Mahina Snugglewear, every stitch carries a story of hope, love, resilience, and deep gratitude.

For five long years, we dreamed of holding a baby in our arms. After four emotionally and physically exhausting rounds of IVF—and the heartbreak of losing a pregnancy—we almost gave up. But on our fifth round, our miracle finally arrived.

My rainbow baby came into this world bringing light, healing, and love in the most powerful way. She is my moonbeam, my blessing, my Mahina—and she deserves the gentlest start to life. Mahina Snugglewear was created to wrap her, and babies like her, in the softest and safest fabrics possible. Because after everything we went through, only the best would ever do.

Inspired by Mahina, the Hawaiian word for “moon,” and the comfort of a loving snuggle, our bamboo babywear is designed to feel like love itself: breathable, buttery-soft, gentle on sensitive skin, and thoughtfully made for little ones. We also believe in caring for the world our babies will grow up in, which is why sustainability and quality matter deeply to us.

As a single mom, Mahina Snugglewear has become so much more than just a business—it’s my dream. My dream to build something beautiful for my daughter. My dream to give Mahina the best life possible while still being present for all the little moments that matter most. I wanted to create a life where I didn’t have to choose between being there for my child and pursuing something meaningful. Watching this brand grow into something amazing for her is what keeps me going every single day.

I also want to recognize Bri, our admin and co-owner, who has been such an important part of this journey. She has stayed up late with me, encouraged me through the hard moments, and truly helped push me to believe in myself enough to start Mahina Snugglewear from across the country. I am endlessly grateful for her support and everything she’s done behind the scenes. 🤍
